SHIATSU is an ancestral manual technique that allows you to establish an energy balance, to release the tensions that appear in the body of each person and that are at the base of their malaise.
Shiatsu is a technique based on traditional Chinese medicine and recognized by the Japanese Ministry of Health as a medicine in its own right.
I practice a style of Shiatsu in which the opening of the heart is essential. Shiatsu alternates between subtlety and depth, roots and lightness, between rhythm, movement and silence.
Used regularly, this technique is ideal for supporting health upstream.
Shiatsu is practiced dressed, on a futon on the floor. During a session, I first target the recipient's needs and assess his energy level. From there, thumb and palm pressures are applied to stimulate acupuncture points along the meridians. In doing so, energy is redirected through the body, dispersing the excess or filling the void.
The shiatsu session lasts one hour (counting one hour and a half for the first time).
The number of sessions will depend on your expectations. In the eastern vision, health is a business that is treated upstream. To come regularly in shiatsu is an accompaniment to the well-being and to the health.
Shiatsu intervenes as a support to relieve many pathologies. It stimulates our vital functions and helps our body release toxins.
A combination of massage and energy treatment, Shiatsu can meet many of your needs.
Whether you are looking for relaxation, vitality, transient stress or burnout, shiatsu will have a soothing effect on both your body and your mind.
It has a beneficial effect on the autonomic nervous system which, when in imbalance, can cause many symptoms such as insomnia, migraines or spasms.
Shiatsu is a precious ally in the face of problems related to stress, emotional shocks, depression and anxiety (hypertension, fibromyalgia, general fatigue ...).
Shiatsu intervenes on respiratory issues such as asthma, colds or sinusitis.
In case of side effects of chemotherapy, shiatsu can be practiced as an accompaniment, subject to the agreement of the attending physician.
Shiatsu invites you to find yourself in the present moment and thus to become aware of your own body accompanied in its entirety, towards a process of self-healing.
Shiatsu is much more than a work on the body; it also touches the mind and the emotional.
It is primarily the practitioner's intention that leads to total care. The attention, the delicacy, the presence, the respect of the practitioner, his quality of touch, his movements, his rhythm, his breathing, his body support, invite the person to receive in an atmosphere of confidence.
No music in the background, to be in harmony with you.
Shiatsu is practiced on futon floor. Plan clothes that are comfortable enough to not feel cramped during the session.
In case of cancellation less than 24 hours in advance, 50% of the treatment fee will be charged.
In case you forget the appointment without warning, the full amount of the treatment will be charged.
